Revival of Cadillac's Splendor

Cadillac, once the pinnacle of luxury and innovation, lost its way with uninspired models. But now, the tides are turning for this iconic brand as it aims to reclaim its past glory as the "Standard of the World." Enter the Sollei concept, a testament to Cadillac's ambition to dominate the ultra-luxury sector alongside giants like Bentley and Rolls-Royce. The Sollei—a convertible sibling to the Celestiq—heralds this revival with its yacht-inspired aesthetics.

Sollei's Distinctive Appeal

The Sollei shares its foundation with the Celestiq, maintaining the 130.2-inch wheelbase and 217.2-inch overall length despite its coupe design. Unique touches like softer body lines and a boattail rear end define the Sollei while avoiding retro pitfalls. Enormous five-foot-eight-inch doors grant easy access to luxurious rear seats, thanks to the long wheelbase and the space-efficient 111.0-kWh battery pack from the Celestiq.

Possibility of Production

The Sollei's close relation to the Celestiq hints at a potential production model. However, without a firm commitment yet, Cadillac is anticipating demand from wealthy enthusiasts to justify a limited run of this electric marvel.
