Manthey Racing has introduced an eye-catching aero kit that dramatically increases downforce to 1,000 kg at 177 mph, up from 860 kg. It’s like strapping a Gordon Murray T.50 to your roof!
- New Lip Spoiler: Enhances front grip and aerodynamics.
- Carbon Canards & Dive Planes: Positioned at each corner for improved airflow.
- Redesigned Gurney Flaps: Lining the wheel arches to reduce air resistance.
- Aero Disc Covers: On the alloys to streamline airflow.
- Carbon Panel: Replaces the rear window.
- DRS-Equipped Wing & Shark Fin: Work together to maximize air control.
- Roof Fins: Direct air and facilitate radiator cooling.
- Aggressive Rear Diffuser: Balances the aerodynamics from the rear.
The package includes semi-active coilover suspension with increased spring rates—30% at the front and 15% at the rear. Expect new shock absorbers and variable damper tuning, along with upgraded racing-spec brake pads. Amazingly, this beast remains road-legal!
While aerodynamics and suspension are optimized for cornering and stability, the 4.0-liter flat-six engine remains untouched. It still delivers a thrilling 518 bhp and 9,000 rpm capability.
Manthey hasn't tested this upgrade on the Nürburgring yet due to weather conditions, but it's expected to shave off time from the standard car's 6m 49.3s lap—already 10 seconds quicker than the GT2 RS.
You can personalize your RS with illuminated door sill guards, LED door projectors, and various decals. Orders for the kit are open at Porsche Centres UK, starting at £99,999, with deliveries set for January 2025.
Manthey Racing’s £100k upgrade for the 992 GT3 RS is all about pushing limits with enhanced aerodynamics and suspension while keeping the engine intact. This kit is perfect for those seeking to own a slice of motorsport engineering—just in time for a 2025 debut on the Nürburgring.
