Porsche unveils the stunning '850 Fantom' speedboat, driven by the electric motor from its renowned Macan Turbo SUV. This sleek vessel combines Porsche's iconic performance with the luxury of a modern speedboat, designed for glamorous excursions like those along the French Riviera after the Monaco GP.

Craftsmanship and Design

Developed in collaboration with Austria's Frauscher Shipyard, the MacanBoat measures 8.67 meters in length and 2.49 meters in width. This streamlined design promises exceptional maneuverability and outpaces traditional docked vessels with speeds up to 56 mph, courtesy of its 536 bhp permanent synchronous motor.

Leading-Edge Technology

The 850 Fantom features Porsche's Z-Drive control unit housed in a waterproof box, ensuring reliable performance in aquatic conditions. It includes a powerful 100kWh battery, providing a range of up to 62 miles at a leisurely speed of 25 mph, and supports rapid charging up to 270 kW.

Luxurious Features

The Fantom accommodates up to seven passengers and is equipped with features like a swimming platform, sunbeds, and a foldable sunshade. Connectivity options include Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, managed through a 12-inch infotainment system. Additionally, LED ambient lighting enhances both the cabin and underwater ambiance.

Premiere and Pricing

The 850 Fantom will debut in January at Boot Düsseldorf, the world's premier indoor water sports event. With only 25 units available, each starts at €572,934 (£472,355). However, customization could potentially double the base price.

Summary:
Porsche's 850 Fantom speedboat merges high-performance electric engineering with top-tier luxury boating. This limited-edition vessel is set to redefine nautical luxury with its advanced technology and stylish features, making it perfect for elite maritime experiences.
